Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland, Ohio

The pivotal game 4 of the NBA Finals is set for Thursday night as the Cleveland Cavaliers (67-32, 49-50-0 ATS) host the Golden State Warriors (80-20, 55-44-1 ATS) at Quicken Loans Arena. LeBron James will look to carry his Cavaliers to a dominating 3-1 series lead after helping them to 96-91 win in game 3.

I predicted a 96-95 Cleveland win in my last article, giving me the correct call on the winner, spread and UO. Even though the Cavs have the series lead, and home court advantage, Pay Per Head experts like those at Premier Per Head PPH Online Bookie Software currently have the Cavaliers a 2½-point home dog.

Bettors using sites for local bookies to put action on the total will see the number for game 3 at 193. Game 1 finished OVER with the last two finishing with an UNDER result.

Although Cleveland has a 2-1 series lead, bookie software users still have them as underdogs to win the series. The Cavs are at even odds to win, with Golden State offering -120.

King James again led all players with 40 points and eight assists, going 14-34 from field. His 12 rebounds were only 1 short of teammate Tristan Thompson’s 13 for the game high. LeBron also added four steals and two blocks to make his night even more productive.

Matthew Dellavedova played with enough heart for four men, producing 20 points with 5 rebounds and four assists. His bank shot while falling to the ground late in the fourth quarter to make the score 84-80 may have been the biggest shot of the Cavaliers season.

MVP Stephen Curry started game 3 where he left off in game 2…in a funk. He righted the ship as game 3 went on and finished with a team high 27 points, adding 6 rebounds, six assists, three steals and a block.

Game 3 wasn’t without drama, as Cleveland had a 72-55 lead to start the fourth. The Warriors got within one (81-80) with 2:45 remaining, when heroics from LeBron and Dellavedova gave the Cavs a 7-point cushion. Cleveland were up 92-83 with :51 seconds to play, only to have Curry nail two 3-pointers to get it to 94-91 with :18 seconds to play.

USA Online Sports Betting Prediction

This is a tough one to call, but if LeBron continues his dominance, I like Cleveland to win and take a massive 3-1 series lead. The Cavs looked to be in serious trouble with Dellavedova and Iman Shumpert in sickbay. Dellavedova spent the night in hospital, receiving treatment for severe dehydration, while Shumpert had an MRI on his left shoulder revealing nothing more than a bruise.

The Warriors will again give a great effort, and game 4 will produce yet another exciting game at the USA online Sportsbooks. But Lebron will be in beast mode.
